THE CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Fueling Alaska Expeditions with World-Class Cuisine

At Tordrillo Mountain Lodge, dining is as integral to the experience as the helicopter flights. Executive chefs craft daily menus pairing wild-caught Alaskan seafood, prime meats, organic local produce, and herbs harvested from the lodge greenhouse.

Breakfast & Mountain Fuel

Days begin with hot, hearty breakfasts — made-to-order omelets, house-smoked bacon, sourdough pastries, and fresh roasted coffees. Before loading the A-Star helicopter, guests pick customized gourmet mountain lunches packed for high-alpine ridge stops.

Lakeside Après & Hors d'Oeuvres

Step off the helipad or floatplane dock into lakeside après. Warm up by the copper fireplace or outdoor firepit with hand-crafted cocktails, regional craft beers, fresh Kachemak Bay oysters, house-cured meats, and artisanal cheeses.
