In February 2026, Tordrillo Mountain Lodge unveiled its newest evolution of luxury: a 2,400-square-foot, purpose-built wellness center designed to restore the body, sharpen the mind, and elevate the entire heli adventure experience. After long days chasing untracked lines or your daily summer excursion, the TML Wellness Center was designed in collaboration with athletes, guides, and wellness professionals to support performance, longevity, and deep relaxation.

Alaskan Nordic-Inspired Sauna
A traditional sauna experience designed to promote circulation, muscle recovery, and mental clarity—perfect after a full day in the mountains. Our wood fired 10 person sauna has plenty of room to stretch and relax in the hot even heat.
Ice Plunge
Take a plunge into the icy cold waters of Judd Lake for contrast therapy. The cold plunge supports inflammation reduction, faster recovery, and improved resilience. A favorite among elite athletes, guests and guides alike.
Paddle Tennis Court
Full sized Paddle Tennis courts — a fast-paced, accessible net sport played on a smaller court using solid paddles. We have all the gear for our guests to enjoy this active option while at the lodge.
Custom Japanese Spas
Custom spas with peeler jets are located in 3 different locations on the property. Relax in our Japanese style chemical free water. Tubs are open 24/7 with towels and robes for your enjoyment.
Dedicated Yoga & Movement Studio
A light-filled studio offering guided yoga, stretching, breathwork, and mobility sessions throughout the week. Designed to support both skiers and snowboarders at every level, as well as recovery after your daily summer excursion.
Fitness Center
State of the art cardio and movement focused fitness equipment. Peloton and lifecycle cardio will get your blood moving, while our new Kieser Pneumatic cable machine provides resistance in any direction. Plenty of bands, kettlebells and free weights will assist with any routine.
Massage & Bodywork Rooms
Private treatment spaces for customized massage and therapeutic bodywork. Sessions focus on recovery, flexibility, and relaxation, tailored to the demands of heli-skiing and summer excursions.
Juice Bar & Wellness Lounge
Fresh, nourishing juices and recovery beverages crafted to replenish and restore. A relaxed space to connect, reflect, and refuel after your adventure.
The AlpenSauna Experience
We proudly launched the world's first mobile AlpenSauna in June 2026! The AlpenSauna is not a fixed destination — it's an evolving wilderness ritual. Each week our team relocates the sauna by helicopter to extraordinary places deep within the Tordrillo Mountains. No two sessions are ever the same.
One week the sauna may sit beneath a roaring alpine waterfall, where rising steam meets the cool mist of negative-ion charged air. The next, it may rest beside a glacier pool in the middle of a 28-mile icefield, surrounded by towering peaks and endless white. Or perched high on a remote summit with an alpine lake and sweeping views toward Denali and the volcanoes of the Alaska Range.
Guests cycle between intense heat, pure glacier water plunges, and vast silence — the most primal form of contrast therapy.
